24 hours of H***

After a flower show on sunday I was feeling a little queasy... and you know you never get sick in the middle of the day.. so BLAM it hit me in the night... let's just say my insides were broken for exactly 24 hours... and in my moments of weakness I found the generosity of people comforting and heartwarming... Carrie responded to my message and came & took Espen for the day... and for anyone who knows me I don't generally let him out of my site for any amount of time.. I was sick sick sick... THANKFUL begins to describe how I felt... and then Lara came in the afternoon with gatorade and calm conversation... I had not much to drink for the day as it wouldn't stay in... so she hydrated me... and then played, fed & put my tired little boy to bed... aaahhhh gratitude... and Joe... here about 30 seconds after my crying call in the morning... just held Espen for a little while and calmed me down.... and offered some solutions... I had wondered what I would do in a situation such as yesterday and now I know... I Pray that those I surround myself with pay it forward and respond... :)

And I went to bed last night comforted by a plan that Joe helped with... I slept soundly... one tired little boy woke at 1:30am calling "ma ma ma ma?" and didn't want anything but to be held. Back to sleep we both were soon and we slept in... to wake feeling weak and hungry but fine... 24 hours of Hell ~ over...!!

SO thank you for your kindness and compassion when I was at my worst! Truely there are blessings & miracles in life!
