Wednesday Ramblings

WOW! Can it be true? I haven't broken anything for a couple days! I've spilled some stuff but nothing has been broken! My fingers from the plastic toy crushing them felt odd for a couple days but seem fine now.

Funny thing... my sister helped me clean out some JUNK from the basement to haul out to driveway for trash... it was the patio set, some recycling boxes, some wooden chairs, a weird plant stand... just junk that was in the crawl space that was broken, old or not used. In a matter of a couple hours it was all gone & the only thing left was the trash. We took some bets on how fast it would be gone! The neighbors stopped to ask about it before we were even done! What is super funny is that I think it is good to get rid of the junk and there is more to get rid of... and the husband is NERVOUS about this!! That is funny!

TODAY I think is a beach day! It is supposed to be unusually warm outside & Shanna has never been to the Lake Michigan Beach to just sit... so we shall try it today! It is clearly not the ocean but it is nice in its own way.

Oddly there have been very few pictures taken ... mostly just silly ones.... Yesterday we really didn't want our picture taken because Shanna has this odd spray for hair that is supposed to be an alternative to washing it. So neither of us washed the hair & just used this highly flammable, weird smelling spray. And although at the beginning of the day, we didn't look to bad, by the end it was pretty rough looking. So Espen is the only one yesterday with good hair! (And he had food of all kinds in the curly mess!).
