Sunny Saturday

I FIXED the shower! OH YEA.... It was a process but I am an accomplished plumber now too!

I took the longest walk with Espen & our fancy BOB stroller. I love that stroller. We got pie, wine & returned a video all with just the power of the feet (and BOB wheels). It was such a beautiful sunny day...

I spoke to Lene while we were walking. I miss her. I am always so grateful for finding that particular young person & the family that I call "mine". I believe she will be visiting this summer & I am extremely excited about that! She will adore little Espen and it will give us some time to explore Omaha together! And she is 21.... we've told her that when she turned 21 I would take her to LAS VEGAS for the weekend... so this is the year!!

Funny thing happened yesterday... I stopped the mail from coming ~ it is forwarded to a PO Box in Omaha. The mailman & I have spoken & after 3 years being my mailman, he knows who lives here so indeed the mail STOPPED coming. Saturday when he delivered, he delivered here... so I thought HE MESSED UP! But oh no he did not. The NEW OWNERS HAVE ALREADY GOT THEIR MAIL COMING. And it was not forwarded.... this particular piece was addressed to this address with her name on it.... THIS is a good (yet weird) sign... she believes she is going to own this house! So I am feeling PRETTY good about 4/26 being closing day and going to a new community and putting my little family back together....

I had a lovely evening with some great friends last night. It is never easy to move. They will most definitely be missed but never forgotten........

And now I'm trying to upload a video to YOU TUBE. It seems I am technology challenged. I've not been able to figure out how to share video & I have some people who would like to see them... so I'm trying.... if I am successful ~ you will see a video!
