Salad bug

Yesterday we went to aksarben village to a farmers market. It was lovely. Had more selections & vendors than I thought. Even a man selling his pottery. (I have stuff to sell or give away if anyone wants it! ~ I have more pots than necessary). So I was excited to get some fresh spring greens! Among other things. Even stopped at some fancy cupcake place for 3 EXPENSIVE little cupcakes (they were good).

We got an entertainment credenza for the "equipment" and a file cabinet. NOT the ones I wanted but ones we afford for now. They look nice but may not survive 10 years! And then dinner.... MMMMM a yummy salad with pizza... OR SO I thought! We were eating away and even commented on the yummy greens! WHEN suddenly the hubby stopped eating and said "was that free?". I looked over at his plate & to my disgust & surprise there was a 1 inch long green leave worm on his plate.... just wiggling in the italian dressing! OMG!! HE was so grossed out he couldn't eat any more. I was giggling & glad it didn't happen to my plate! I could not eat the rest of my salad though. So much for that spring mix! Guess who doesn't want salad tonight!!!

Today I am planning on putting some things away... can put my files away.. oohhh exciting! Things are SLOWLY coming together... I am just tired of the whole process & just want to play my summer away.... It is fine to be homebound in the winter or in the rain but NOT in the summer......
