A** Kicking

MAN... today I went to the stroller mom's group that I heard about on TV. It is a small group of moms that get together in a park & bust some ass. They push those strollers, jump, run stairs, hills, push ups.... MAN... it was a workout! And fun. They are a very nice group of ladies. The kids get out & play when we stopped, then they get back in & off we all go. It was nice. So even though it is a half hour drive to get there... it was worth it! And Espen had such a nice ride... ate his strawberries & watched the kids until it was his turn to get out! At the park!! So then we played at the park! And NOW I am sore all over... in places I haven't been sore for a long time. I think I will do it again!

Espen has become my little helper in the kitchen... he loves to stand on the step stool & have a snack & help. He is SO cute!! And today we ended up breaking a bowl... he was helping to do the dishes and it was fun to dump the water on the floor... and the bowl slipped....at least he was on the stool while I cleaned up the mess!! So goes our day!!
