September

Where does the time go?? It is September 8th already. My baby has his 15 month check up this week. We are a little behind with it because the dr had a baby.... geesh! My part time job takes many of my nights away. I started running this week outside with Espen in Bob. We run past the corn fields to the cows do some stretches & run back. It is not the farthest run but we get to see somethings, talk about those things & we are getting some air & exercise.

We got the most fantastic box from Del Rio... I swear the girls down there even after all these years are awesome friends! This box included a great book for Espen & JULIOS for the rest of us!! Thank you Tiffany!! I do miss Del Rio and all of you!! And I will be sharing my adventures with my little gift.

Espen had his first real fever this last weekend. It got up to 102 and we called the 24 hour nurse line.... 2 1/2 hours later they called back... geesh! But he is fine... the fever went away after 3 days, and never got any higher. He never really acted like he wasn't feeling well... he is such a trooper and such a happy boy. And everyday I look at him with amazement and wonder.... his language right now is stunning... he repeats everything and recalls more than I figured he would!

We enjoyed some days with our friend Eric... it is so nice to see him.... and we are so thankful that he comes to us. Sitting on the patio having a bon fire, a construction project, discussions, late night talks with drinks... all so much fun!! Makes us thankful for our friendship and miss him.
