We took Espen sledding for the first time today.... and of course I didn't have a camera with me... but the hill was pretty steep and he sat in his little boy sled & went all by himself!! Twice! Then he saw the slides & swings across the park so he traveled across the snow to play on those! And his snow suit was very slippy on the slides and he flew off ... that was funny! He is also working on throwing snow balls!! So watch OUT if you are near... he may get you!!

This baby has the best balance and NO fear... he is so cute about "doing it"!!

Today was reportedly the saddest day of the year... holiday bills are due, holidays are over, weight loss plans are falling apart, healthy eating is falling by wayside..... so it was a sad day.... anyone feel it?

I was fortunate to chat with Lene tonight who is in Asia studying religion... she has a blog at www.tourdeworld.blogg.no if you want to check it out... yes it is in Norwegian but it is interesting what they are learning & can share with us!! Being open minded and compassionate with all people is a quality we hope Espen has .... and he can learn from Lene!!
