So I briefly mentioned that last night I came in to find husband & son in the garage... THIS is what I saw...
What a helper!!

So today (Wednesday) I am especially appreciative for Doug's cousin Kye! I asked him last week if he would have any day this week to watch Espen so that I could go to lunch for the first time since we moved here without the baby. And Kye had some time today. It is a strange & weird feeling to leave Espen behind. He is always my little sidekick and we just adjust to life with him. But for my birthday... I thought it might be a good thing to just go myself! One can't have everything and while it would have been super fantastic to go to a grown-up place, time does not allow, so we will go to Old Chicago. I'll enjoy a couple beers & some conversation without worrying about an upset little boy who is ready to go...

My lunch date was GREAT!! THANKS KELLIE!! And tomorrow is my birthday.... aaahhhh....
