My son has not had artificial coloring in foods for 2 days now.. he has certainly enjoyed popsicles & fruit snacks but the "healthy - natural" kind! He is still busy but not so manic crazy. We decided to give it a week and see how it goes.

Espen has not had many babysitters in his 2 years. I can count them all on one hand... we are so happy to have Hannah in our "family" for Espen.... and he loves her... talks about her, asks for her, waits for the door to open when she gets here. It is a blessing to have such a beautiful young woman take such great care of Espen... and it is so good for him to have her.... today for example, she took him to the pool and he "wowed" everyone with turning flips in the pool... it makes a mom's heart happy to know he is loved & cared for when I am not there for a few hours. We always miss her when we leave town or she does...
