Moving On

Well I was so excited to get 2 copies of a fantastic book.. and thought through some fun idea for everyone to share with me their inspiration... and unfortunately at this moment, no one has posted one single picture!  Oh I've heard from some of you... and you've had some ideas but no action as of yet!  So on November 30th we'll see what I have and then I'll move forward!!  My inspiration site will remain active... I'm going to post pictures... and open... you can too!!  A fun way to share family photos!

My thanksgiving was good!!  We had alot of fun & some grouchy too!  It makes a holiday a holiday... We had a surprise visit from our good friend Eric!!  Oh we had some laughs!  And like old times, we went to a hockey game!  Just a college game but it was Espen's first one!!  And he tolerated the game... he made it through 2 peroids and then was ready to go home... I took him to a quiet spot & we waited it out... can't alwasy get what you want exactly when you want it... Now we know we need to wait a while before he is ready for another shot at it!  And when we go I think we will take the ear protection because the little boy held his hands over his ears for 2 peroids!  Then he let me tie a scarf on his head.  He looked corny but it helped!

We also enjoyed some outside time this holiday weekend & iceskating!  It was great... expect the grouchy that crept into me... I recovered but it took a bit of time... I was just overcome by bad mood because I hadn't showered.  We had bad manners.  It was a holiday and I'd expect us to behave better... and I was just suddenly so grouchy... So after some time I recovered and joined the dinner and apologized.  In my little life here in Nebraska because there is so little to look forward to I don't know if anyone recognizes my need to have things to look forward to... and if we make a plan... we need to follow through.. otherwise I get antsy and mad... and feel like I have not a single thing to look forward to.... But none the less... I finished eating with everyone and we had a lovely day and time together!!  It was nice to spend the time together!!  And have so much fun together! 

Now today... I've moved on... and I've put up one of my Christmas trees... it wasn't easy.. my helper is very curious!!  The tree doesn't have ornaments on it but it is up!  And we will move on.....
