I'm all emotional about this commercial.... 

As women, we should challenge ourselves to do things we didn't imagine we could.  Run a challenging race, paint a picture, read a long book, sit quietly by the sea, earn money doing what we love.... We should be proud of our ability to "be a girl".... because we have limitless possibilities in front of us....

As the mom of a son I never tell him he did anything like a girl.  It implies boys are "better" then girls and that is simply not the case.  

We all need to see the power and beauty in who we are and in our fellow human being... be strong.. be YOU.
