accountability

I did indeed write & send my letter to CANON today. I researched and sent the letter to customer relations & the President & CEO. There are 2 letters of humor & praise! Accountability to someone other than oneself is not especially necessary but I knew you'd want to know!

In the rare event that CANON sends a reply.... I will of course let you know!

and now i must also thank my mother-in-law for the super fantastic birthday gift.... money for my new camera!!!
