I have been cleaning out stuff & getting rid of it. Doug has helped some. Oddly this week I've made $200 selling junk, donated an apartment of furniture & discovered that we have more trash than any of our neighbors. It cracks me up actually. Every Wednesday we put the trash outside & I look around at what the neighbors are doing... and it never fails & always amazes me that we have so many cans & lawn bags & recycle containers. What is the most strange is that we are not the only ones who have children, we don't eat alot of 'boxed' or take out food during the week and we are not the only drinkers on the block... and yet we are, it seems, the trashiest! But we have managed to clear out some of the garage & the crawl space (in case we need it in a tornado). And I imagine there is still more that can go!

Today my task of laundry was not accomplished. I mean I did a couple loads but the mountain that has accumulated is still in there. I keep the door closed on it because it is so massive but also because Espen can get INTO the washer & hide from me, he will eat laundry soap if left alone, he can turn on the water in the tub & sink & because he generally finds things to make a mess of. So tomorrow my laundry task is priority. It bugs me so I'll do it. And it bugs Doug who keeps mentioning it. It isn't like he doesn't have clean clothes.. he could go for some days still!!
