It just sneaks up on you... time that is... Today Espen is 27 months old. Not a milestone by any means but just a day to note. And he was a toddler who made about a million bad choices today. His favorite past time is climbing on things. So he climbed on my buffet & threw my decorative rocks down the stairs. He climbed on the kitchen counter & spilled spices & sprinkles all over. He climbed up the chair to the bookcase to get some plastic flower arrangement that my mother in law left. He climbed the fence and ran across the front yard. I was of course with him. That is the hardest part. He is fast ~ like lightening. Never know where he will strike ~ like lightening. I tried locking him in the room with me when I went to the bathroom & he escaped. I was cleaning up one mess & he made another. I was outside with him & he is just fast!

So at the end of my day I am frazzled that I didn't accomplish anything solid. And I feel like I was just not a very good mommy today because I spent alot of time yelling today... tomorrow will be a better day... it can't get much worse.

And now I'm going to get ready for bed... because I have this amazing book to read! (Book 3 of the Stephanie Plum books... )
